Anything that goes beyond the fixed product is quoted in hours before the work starts. Three typical examples:

Care plan: EUR 49/month
One flat monthly fee keeps the product running and safe:
- Hosting on servers in the EU
- Daily backups
- Security updates for the server and the application
- Uptime watch, so problems are noticed early
The care plan is optional. You may also host the product yourself.
