Privacy notice
This notice explains how personal data is handled on wasu.eu, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Controller
WASU International EOOD, Varna, Bulgaria, is the controller for the personal data described here.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, the following is stored: your name, e-mail address, company (if given), the product you chose (if given) and your message, plus the language of the page, how you reached the form (for example from a business card), a one-way hash of your IP address (used only against abuse), the user agent of your browser and the time of sending.
Purpose
The data is used only to answer your question and, if you wish, to prepare a quote. The data is not sold or shared for marketing.
Retention
Contact form data is kept for 12 months and then deleted, unless it becomes part of a contract.
Cookies and storage
This site sets no tracking cookies. A localStorage entry in your browser remembers your colour theme. Only after you click "Allow" in the preferences bar are two cookies set: wasu_consent (your choice) and wasu_prefs (your language and colour theme). Both last 12 months, are shared with the demo sites on *.wasu.eu and are not used for tracking. If you choose "No thanks", only wasu_consent=0 is stored to remember that refusal. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Demos
The live demos reset every night. All data shown in the demos is fictional. Do not enter real personal data in a demo.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, and to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
